 Replacement / Repair Policy

1. Note that we can only replace defective/damaged products purchased from us. We will not be liable for purchase of wrong product. Such kind of defective and/or damaged products should not be resulted from improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, and alternation or modification by users.
2. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request indicating your order number and date to refunds@moxiware for our investigation. All returned products must be in their original packaging including manuals and full accessories.
   
3. If you have purchased an item that goes defective, please submit your Repair of Merchandise Request to repair@moxiware.com for our investigation.
4. Both Replacement and Repair requests will be acknowledged by return mail.
   

Warranty Policy

1. We warrant to the end user that the product is free of workmanship problem and is entitled to 3 months warranty period commencing from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is invalid when the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, tampered, repaired or modified in any way by person other than service staffs moxiware.
3. The purchaser will be responsible for any transportation costs.

Delivery Policy

1. We will ship your order using FedEX or Post Office Air Mail. Additional costs will be imposed to customers.
2. Additional taxes and/ or duties based on the customer value of the shipment may be incurred when shipping to some countries. Such costs are liable to customers. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details.
3. An email notification will be sent to you once the order is confirmed.
   
   

1. You can return your product within 30 days of date of purchase.
   
2. All products should be returned in it's new state with all manuals, accessories and boxes.
3. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
   
4. Send an email to sales@moxiware.com before returning any product.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a moxiware product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, moxiware reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. moxiware reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, moxiware shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by moxiware without notice at any time, for any reason.
